1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Sweep Golf. By accessing our website or purchasing our physical or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
2. Digital Product License
Any digital file (e.g., rulebooks, scorecard templates) provided by Sweep Golf is licensed, not sold.
Your purchase grants you a single, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to print the file for your own personal use only.
This license DOES NOT permit sharing, redistributing, reselling, forwarding, emailing, uploading, posting, or otherwise making the file—in digital or printed form—available to any third party.
The digital file and its design, layout, rules text, and artwork are the copyrighted intellectual property of Black Bubble, LLC and are protected under United States and international copyright law. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is both a material breach of this agreement and a violation of copyright law, which may result in immediate license termination and legal action.
Digital files are non-refundable once delivered.
3. Physical Product Terms
Our physical notepads can be ordered directly through our website. Pricing is shown clearly at checkout. We proudly offer shipping worldwide.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available only for physical products that arrive damaged or are never received, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a refund request.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, rules text, concepts, and artwork are exclusively owned by Black Bubble, LLC. You are permitted to use our site and products as intended for personal enjoyment. You are prohibited from copying, adapting, or commercially exploiting any of our intellectual property.
5. Payments
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Sweep Golf does not collect, process, or store your credit card data or sensitive payment information on our servers.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Please note that the current rulebook is a "playtest edition" and the rules of the game may evolve over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Bubble, LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
7. Termination of License
We reserve the right to immediately terminate your digital product license without refund if you breach these Terms & Conditions, particularly regarding the unauthorized distribution of our copyrighted intellectual property.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
9. International Sales
Our products are sold worldwide. Buyers are solely responsible for paying any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Buyers outside the United States are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all of their local laws regarding the purchase and importation of our products.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
